Best for couples hosting a full weekend celebration and wanting every meaningful moment captured—from rehearsal to farewell.
- Weekend coverage – Typically Friday-Sunday (or up to three days of wedding events) and perfect for documenting all the things! From rehearsal, welcome cocktails/dinner, getting-ready, details and ceremony moments to golden-hour portraits and reception dance moves. We’ll capture those precious candid moments connecting with those who’ve come from all over to celebrate the two of you.

The Wyldr wedding Experience
1. Hello, there!
You’ve checked out my portfolio, and you love what you see… reach out to me, and I’ll be in touch! If I have your date available, I’ll connect with you and learn about your love story. I’ll send over a wedding experience guide and set up a consultation so I can learn more about your day and your photography priorities.
*Please note that the sooner you inquire, the better. Dates are filling up fast, and I only accept a limited number of weddings per season.
2. Make it official
We decide we’re a wedding photography match made in heaven, and you want to book! Yay!
I’ll send over a contract for you to sign electronically and an invoice for you to pay your deposit. Once those two things are done, we’re officially official! Your wedding date is on my calendar, and if anybody else inquires about your date, I’ll have to say, “Sorry friend, I’m already booked!”
3. Engagement Session
Time for your engagement photos! This is one of my favorite parts of the process because we’ll really get to know each other and feel like friends by the end of the session.
I’ll make sure you two feel comfortable in front of my camera so you’re modeling pros on your big day! Soon after your session, you’ll have a huge gallery of beautiful images to share and decorate your home with.
4. Wedding Prep
Before your big day, I’ll be in touch to go over all the details to make sure everything is perfect and stress-free on your wedding day!
We’ll talk timelines, family formal shot lists, portrait locations, vendors, and more! Know that I’m always here to be a resource to you from the time you book up until your wedding day! Feel free to ask me any questions you may have along the way.
5. The Big Day
IT’S YOUR WEDDING DAY! You get to relax and enjoy the happiest day of your life with your spouse and all of the people who mean the most, and I’ll be there to capture every detail along the way.
You can rest assured I’ll capture every moment and detail from getting ready to getting down on the dance floor at the end of the night. And if you need anything throughout the day? I’ll be there to help! I’ve been heavily involved in many, many weddings which means I’m an expert at helping the day run smoothly.
6. Sneaky Peeks
You’re excited, I’m excited… I cannot wait to share some images from your wedding day with you! I make sneak peeks a big part of my workflow, so you’ll get at least 5 bride and groom portraits within 48 hours.
7. You've Got Mail... Your Gallery is Delivered!
When all of your images have been hand edited to perfection, I’ll send you a link to your online gallery! I’d recommend making a date of it: pop some champagne with your spouse and enjoy reliving your wedding day together.
You’ll be able to download your images immediately and order prints or canvases to hang in your home! If you decide to order an heirloom album, I’ll help you design that as well.
8. We're Family Now
I’ll be cheering for you and your marriage. I love the relationships I create with my clients, and that doesn’t end when our contract does.
I love to watch your families grow, and I’ll be here to capture your next big milestones. I can’t wait to catch up and greet you with a hug when I see you again!
